Summary: Establishes policy regulating surveys conducted among county Extension offices.

Instruments developed or adapted for use by Extension personnel in conducting surveys among county Extension offices and the procedure to be used must be approved in advance by:

a. Appropriate Supervisor
b. District Directors
c. Associate Vice President for Agriculture-Extension

Survey forms should be provided to the county offices in duplicate so a copy of the results may be retained in the county office.
