Summary: Establishes the procedure to be followed in conducting multi-party telephone conferences.

Telephone conference calls may be established with up to six parties. Parties involved may be within the building, outside the building, or both.

3-Party Conferences

Follow instructions provided with your telephone.

4-to 6-Party Conferences

a. If you have a Model S.L.-1 telephone, follow instructions provided with your telephone.

b. If you have a regular telephone, call the operator and give instructions concerning the names and telephone numbers to be involved for conference calls with up to five parties. For 6-party conferences, you must us a Model S.L.-1 telephone.
