Summary: Establishes policy governing access to the Equal Employment Opportunity Plan.

The Equal Employment Opportunity (E.E.O.) Plan of the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service was approved by the Secretary of Agriculture on November 1, 1971. The plan may be accessed upon request in the Office of the Associate Vice President for Agriculture - Extension.

Because of its volume (84 pages), the Plan has been summarized in leaflet E.L. 620, "Some Things You Should Know About E.E.O."  A copy of this leaflet is given to each person who applies for employment with the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. A list of the names of the State E.E.O. Coordinator and E.E.O. Counselors is provided with the leaflet. The names should also be posted for employees and the general public.
