Summary:  Establishes mileage allowable for specified travel to points in the Little Rock area.

Travel regulations for requesting reimbursement for mileage within the headquarters city state that (1) the mileage is to be reported on a point-to-point basis and (2) actual speedometer readings are to be used. Fractional miles should be rounded to the nearest whole number.

To help in reporting city mileage and to aid the business office in auditing expense accounts, the one-way mileage allowed (based on speedometer readings) from the state office, 2301 South University, to points frequently visited is listed below:

In reporting city mileage, an address should be given unless the place visited is a known landmark such as the Pulaski County Courthouse or one of the points listed above. If there is a question regarding the mileage, business office personnel auditing the accounts will use a city map to figure the mileage.
